Hello All!

What is the differences between the 2 as far as closing the cutile?

Has anyone ever tried this before?

Thank you for your help!

You know I've never tried it...but I have read posts where people tried to do an ACV rinse with distilled vinegar and it didn't go well.

The nutrients have been removed from the white distilled vinegar during the distillation process, so it wouldn't be helpful for the health of your hair. The best type of ACV to use as a rinse is the kind with "mother" in it (bits and particles of the apple that look like, for lack of a better word, "slime" floating in the bottle). This represents concentrated nutrients. The very best brand I can recommend is Bragg's. You can order it either online (www.bragg.com) or purchase it from your local health food store.

I've used both, and I don't notice a difference. I use vinegar solely as a clarifier though...
