Can i use neutralising Shampoo to clarify

Im donot know if this has been discussed before.

Im just curious , because if the neutralising shampoo can remove all traces of relaxer, could it not remove product build up

yep! sure can. be sure to follow it with a moisturizing shampoo so it won't be too fry. The other ladies here can give you more clarifing shampoo rec. than I can.
