Can I use aphogee balancing moisturizer conditioner as a DC?

I've tried it before as a DC and didn't like it. To me it doesn't have enough slip, but I didn't add anything to it either. Personally I don't like it. When I use the Aphogee 2-step I follow with Humecto.
