I want to go to the salon and get sebastians colourshine in clear to give my hair a glossy look. Could I get a rinse even though I have a permanent color?

Sure can. Rinses take better over permie hair imo

How come I was thinking this exact same question just a minute ago?! /images/graemlins/shocked.gif

I have a BLUE-BLACK permanent color on my hair. Would a bronze or golden brownish rinse come out on my hair??? /images/graemlins/look.gif

might make your hair greenish ...i wouldn't do it.

I dont think so.. Im not to good with the color system but you have to be careful because rinses with certain bases might make your hair turn a undesirable color (green, purple)

I always use a rinse with a gold/clear base to avoid any color disasters.

You won't see anything over blue black permie color - not ver. You have to wait for it to grow out completely. But yes, if you have a lighter color, using a rinse can do many things - change the tones, change the color altogether for a while, give some interesting highlights....you can really have fun with it!

Yeap, I do it all the time. /images/graemlins/grin.gif
