Im about 3months post. I have been trying to stretch for a real long time but hair is in need of a tamer. So I wanted to know can I texlax the new growth only ? My hair is always pulled back and I use pomade to define my waves and curls but lately its getting harder to get them to lay real flat. So I wanted to do something with and DO NOT want my hair straight at all

Just texlax your hair the same way you do a regular touch-up. I just tell the people not to leave it on too long, i add oil to the base, and cover my scalp and ends very well with grease. The only negative I discovered about texlax hair is my roots get tangled faster when I'm over 4 weeks post and it looks like I need a touch-up sooner.

^^^ What she said. If you are relaxed you can only texlax your new growth.
