I wouldn't do it...

However...KPak is a pretty high quality product and it has never ever made my hair feel dry. I just would not go to sleep with a reconstructor on my hair.

I wouldn't. The only kpak product I have ever left on my hair that long was the intense hydrator. I wouldn't leave a medium-strong protein product on my hair that long unless I had serious issues going on. Kpak is high quality stuff, it doens't need that long to work.

No- just follow the directions seriously. They write them like that for a reason.

I used to do stuff like that leave Cholesterol in my hair for 48 hours at a stretch thinking I was doing all this extra good for my hair. :ohwell:

I left Garnier Fructis protein condish on overnight by accident. IT took almost the next day of moisturizing to get my hair to soften up. Net effect - not worth it.

ODing on protein is a bad thing. In fact, my hair hates Garnier Fructis, even in small doses! Why is that?
