Can I clarify with tracks in? Tips for washing hair with tracks?

I currently have two tracks in my hair and I wanted to know a couple of things b4 I wash my hair. At first I was going to wait three weeks to wash but after going out this weekend and the excessive heat I need to wash my hair. So, can I clarify my hair with these tracks in? Also, do you have any tips for rollersetting my hair with them in?

MissFallon I think its okay as long as you use an Moisturizing Shampoo after to follow up with the clarifying like the Cream of Nature one for dry hair.....

Anyone have tips on rollersetting w/ a weave? My two pieces are in the bottom of my hair one a little above the nape and the other about an inch below the ears so I have most of my hair out...and I'm 4 months post (cuz that dark and lovely relaxer had me texlaxed for a week and the reverted)
