CAN I CLARIFY RIGHT AFTER RELAXING MY HAIR?

There really isn't a need for you to do so. The relaxer pretty much stripped all of the residue/build up out of your hair. I would suggest that you condition really well however.

Other than that, you shouldn't have any problems with clarifying, but make sure that you condition really well.
