Can i baggy/GHE while in a sew in?

how often do you wash your sew in?? you will have to up that because the moisture will causing a smell and you may not be able to keep the weave in as long. I remember when I had braids, putting wet products on my hair would cause it to mat.

Unless you have really strong, thick hair strands; the moisture will soften your hair and make it weak causing the thread to sever your hair strands.
