I have used the Chi Silk Infusion (below) for the first time and find that applying it from root to tip is a little challenging: but I hear its the best:

Have anyone used the CHI Thermal Polishing Spray (below): it would be a whole lot easier to spray it over the hair ur about to flat iron: do you agree?: is it the same as the CSI but in another physical state

Hi there :)

I own both, but I use the Chi Silk Infusion way more. I treat the Shine Infusion more like an oil sheen type of product. I have, however, used it on a rollerset prior to a flat iron, so it's very workable IME.

What makes the silk infusion challenging to apply?

I feel like its not getting the nooks & crannys: i feel like sprays applys to hair more evenly then a liquid type: HTH to explain it

I think I sort of understand :ohwell: ... I wonder if maybe sectioning the hair and then applying it would help? I also try to gently twirl the hair around my fingers to get the ends. (I do this w/moisturizers, too)

Co-sign @ bolded.

I squeeze CSI onto my fingers first (just a little), then apply to each section from root to end.
