Congrats on finding a new love in the FHI. I have one, it worked great for me when my hair was relaxed but once I got about 4 months into my transition that FHI didnt stand a chance. I had to start going into the salon and letting the stylists and their CHI do the work...my poor FHI has been sitting dormant for a few months now. R.I.P. FHIerplexed

Which model do you have?

Maybe it's the technique?? Sometimes you have to switch up how you use certain products and tools when you transition from relaxed to natural hair...

Which MG do you have? I need the XP.

I have the XP. That is the smaller one right?

The iron is practically new. I think I swiped one section of hair before turning it off and getting my other iron. I feel like I did not give it a fair chance, but I think I need to just stick with what I know.
