I need inspiration. I feel like I gave up on my hair. I stopped taking my vitamins in early June, gained a little weight, started smoking and haven't been exercising.
The biotin made me breakout heavy and the flaxseed was making me all extra boobage-y.
I know, I know, I need an intervention. My computer died (RIP) and I just haven't had the time to get up and get it fixed or go buy another one.
I almost want to chop all my hair off but then again, I really want to see how far I can take it (length-wise).
In the past few months, I have dyed it jet black (which gave it a great shine and really brings out my features). Bigen is the bomb, but its very dark and you HAVE TO DC!
I also haven't updated LHCF or FOTKI in about 2 months... Tsk Tsk.
I'm worried about the weather change for the fall and I need help getting back on the wagon girls!
I need to get back in the game for fall. I was thinking pre-natals, but I heard the vitamin intake on those can make anyone sick (like

. Dont chop your hair unless you really want to, you might just be stressed or bored right now and it wll pass soon. If you are sure, then go ahead, change is great...it might make you feel refreshed and you can continue with hair goals. I haven't updated my fotki in a LONG LONG time either but plan to any time from August 08 to Jan 09 so dont feel too bad about that. I take vitamins with a small snack, breakfast, or dinner and plenty water so I dont feel sick from taking them. I absolutely think you should get back in the game (((push))) but there is nothing wrong with being a K.I.S.S. type of woman though
