BSS in Chesterfield, VA

Hey ladies,

I'm new to the Chesterfield area and am in desperate need of a BSS before I get back to work. I am hoping you ladies can tell me of any in the surrounding area.

I am willing to travel to Richmond if I have to. I know that there's a Sally's in my area but I'm looking for one that has a wider variety of phony ponies and such. I'm going for the instant gratification of walking into the store, buy my hair, and then getting home and putting it on. Oh how I hate waiting for the mail man!!

Hey lady

Not in VA anymore but lived there forever. Not sure which end of Cheserfield/Chester you are in but if you're not too deep in (perhaps near John Tyler and the auto auction) you may wanna try Beauty World in Petersburg. It's off of Crater Road over beside the McDonalds, behind Hardees and across from Blockbuster. Can't think of the name of the shopping center off head but I know it used to be a family dollar and a shoe show in the same shopping center with the Beauty World. They(Beauty World) used to cater right well to our kind of hair care. I used to always get my supplies (i.e weave, relaxers) from there and I lived out in Sussex Co (30-45 min drive). Sorry I don't know any right in Chesterfield or Chester. HTH

Thanks! I'll mapquest this store immediately. I need to find someplace to help me Hide my Hair. I'm in that never ending struggle to go from SL to APL but I also suffer from Hand In Hair Disease.

I'm no longer in Chester either, but you shouldn't have too much trouble finding a BSS. They're everywhere- Beauty World as was mentioned is a good choice, but there are others all over Petersburg, lots in the Southside of Richmond, etc. You will have no trouble at all finding faux hair in this area Trust me I know

If you don't mind going to Hopewell there is Ruby Red Beauty Supply of of Oaklawn Blvd, in the Cavalier Square shopping area. They have a lot of stuff.

Hi, I live in Chesterfield. For weave/phony ponies try Ruby Red on Hull Street traveling east on the left. It is down past the Chippenham Parkway exchange just into Richmond. There is also a place near the corner of Turner Road and Hull street near Subway traveling west on the right. If you travel west on Hull there is a big BSS in the shopping center near Kmart on the left. Good luck with your search.

Hi, I have never posted here before--I normally only read. I never realized there were so many ladies in the Richmond Metro. Anyways, I live in Chesterfield in the Midlothian area. There is a really nice BSS on Midlothian over in the shopping center where Burlington Coat Factoy, Lone Star, and Verizon Wireless are located. It is only a few stop lights east of Chesterfield Towne Center. Hope that helps!

U are more than welcome always glad to help out. Ladies I don't know how in the heck I forgot Southside and Hull street. that's weave capital USA lol. That's messed up but hey...they be holding it down. There was one over in Southside Plaza if I am not mistaken. Haven't been over there in years though and I never brought weave/wigs outta there so I didn't suggest it.

Lol at the bolded! You are right. I haven't bought weaves/wigs either but I know the selection is off the chain plentiful!
