I really liked the protein line! The shampoo felt good in my hair and the conditioner gave me a good slip! I'll enjoy using it for the next two weeks. (I've decided to do two weeks of protein, three weeks moisturizing (using Elucence) and two weeks of protein)

Tell me, have you notice any changes as far as strengthening of your hair?

Thanks in advance,
Kedra

is this like a protein conditioner? would you need to follow this up with a moisturizing conditioner? i never heard of a protein shampoo. does it make your hair feel hard? God bless you all.

Hi Kedra!

To be honest with you I would have to say that the health of my hair has only improved. Its not an overnight thing and plus it may also be because of the other changes I've made e.g. no curling irons, supplements, better conditioners etc so its hard to pin point it all on Lanza but its the most consistant thing that I've used on my relaxed hair and its been great.

I love the feel of it, the ingredients on it alone is enough to continue with it, its ph, gentle but thoroughly cleans and just feels like a superior shampoo to me.

It's my one staple of all my products. And that's saying alot.

Azul,

The protein content in the shampoo is low enough for you to use it all the time without following up with a moisturizing shampoo. Its a gentle treatment shampoo especially for chemically relaxed heads.

Tracy mentioned that she occasionally switches to another shampoo then returns back to Lanza if she ever feels her hair a touch tangled and said its as good as new again when going back to it.

I've used it solely for months on end and had no problems. Only now I occasionally switch to just try something else but always gravitate back to Lanza /images/graemlins/wink.gif

Check www.lanza.com and click 'hair repair' to read more on the key ingredients.

I use the Protein Shampoo regularly with no problems. I would never switch from the products even though they are expensive.
