Break-thru or Herbal Essence?

Hey ladies! I am thinking about trying either Break-thru shampoo and conditioner or either Herbal Essence Intensive Blend Protecting Shampoo and conditioner. Have anyone tried either? What results did you get? Thanks!

I generally don't like to use shampoos that contain the ingredients Sodium Laurl Sulfate because I find it to be drying and damaging. I'm not sure what ingredients are in the Break-thru shampoo, though.
