bre (from ANTM) hair

I really love Bre's hair from ANTM does anyone know how to get a type 3/4A to look like that. Or does she have a different texture or some like of chemical that she put in her hair? It just looks like a cute summer hairdo

She's a 3b/3c. I remember reading (I think it was in Vibe Vixen) that she uses Fantasia gel when she wears her hair curly. In that CoverGirl ad I think those curls were made with some type of roller or iron though. I also remember seeing them do that with Nik's hair to make the curls look more uniform and smooth.

If your hair is 3c/4a a twist out should give you that look.
