Braider recommendations in NYC???

To the ladies in NYC, can you recommend a place where I can get box braids put in? I always went to African braiding places. But they all braid WAAAAY too tight, and it's a miracle that I never lost hair from them. Can you post pricing info also? Thanks.

My braider is from Africa and doesn't braid your hair tight. However, she braids from her home. You just tell her if she is and she will loosen it up. She's in Flatbush near Woodruff. Khamit Kinks but they are expensive. Don't go to 125th street they grab you off of the street to do your hair and they braid tooooooo tight. Lost my edges girl! /images/graemlins/tongue.gif

When I braid I usually go to a place called Sena hairbraiding. It's in downtown brooklyn on flatbush. They are senegales women who do the braiding. On weekends it by appt only and they don't braid tight.
