Braid question

Hi...

Curious...do you Deep Condition your braids?

I did it a few times before, when I wasnt lazy! When I had medium sized braids I would apply conditioner, and put on I plastic cap like I normally would. However when I had my hair twisted(kinky twist), I tried it and they became too heavy, and too much work.
