braid-outs that look natural

hi i was wondering if anyone knows how to get braidouts that will last the whole day without looking frizzy and without getting dry??? i like it when they look natural. i have natural hair mostly type 3,...will it work on my hair? and how do u do it??

i see some people leave in conidionners all day or for many hrs are u sure it wont damage the hair??
