Bobby Pins... Any Styles? Advice?

Hey all,

After reading the bodacious hair thread, I got really inspired and have been experimenting with my natural hair more often. That said, I have to say that I am totally in <3 with bobby pins. I'd only used them sparingly before, but it's like you can do almost anything with them.

My hair is a slightly medium fro (I'll post some pics later, likely), but I was wondering if anyone had any pics of styles they've seen or accomplished with bobby pins, or any advice as to whether they're bad for hair, etc.

No, they're not bad for the hair, at least for me. Just get rid of those where the plastic tips have come off. They'll cut your strands. Trust me, I've done it 1,000 times over the years. LOL

You can try a french roll. My mom and I used to rock them all the time with no problem.
