I would like to put this color in my hair but would like a good recomendation on what brand to use please.

One that is not drying and had good results with?

Thanks

I use Sebastians Colourshines in Black Orchid and I love it! The only con is the color is so rich that every wash blue gets everywhere. The product is discontinued but you can still find it on ebay or at www.beautyofnewyork.com. I hear that Jazzings is really good too but I haven't tried them yet. HTH.

I use Jerome Russell's Punky Colours in Blue Black. Lasts a while and the ingredients are pretty much the same as a conditioner w/ colors added.

Manic Panic is always a good option...Jazzing is nice too. In Manic Panic...there's Midnight Blue, After Midnight Blue, Raven Black. In Jazzing, there's Bluest Black and Mood Indigo. These are all blue-blacks, but you could go for a straight blue on top of your hair color too. MP has several straight blues.

Check Ebay for both...prices are very good.

I want to know too b/c the brand that I was using went out of business. :nono: So I'm trying to find a brand that don't make my hair hard, dry my hair out or tangle my hair. I've tried a few in the past and it did one of the above.

I rinse my hair blue black every other month. I normally use VIA (in a silver bottle) but if not I use Jazzings. They are both good, just be sure to use with heat and leave on a while under heat.
