When you blow dry do you do it on wet hair or do you allow your hair to dry a bit before blow drying?

I always blow dry on 80% air dried hair with a heat protectant and the lowest heat setting. HTH :)

What she said:)

I have to do it on wet hair. If my hair is allowed to air dry at all before blow drying it gets matted, knotted up and frizzy.

The only time I blow dry is when I am going to straighten my hair. For me to get my hair as straight as possible during the flat ironing phase, I have to blowdry it while its still wet.

I let mine dry atleast %50 if not more and then blowdry with grapeseed oil
