I saw this and the other products they had today and was just wondering about them because the only ones I have seen mentioned was the creamy set and the wrapping cream.

I tried it and it left a film like residue on my hair.It was very heavy on my hair. So I have to give it thumbs down.

I am actually a fan of the Carribean Cream. I know there were a few old old posts about it. Some people were very put off by it's scent and referred to it as smelling like a port a potty or urinal cake. I am personally not that offended by it. It moisturizes my hair really well and the smell, while strong at first, disappears after a few minutes. My hair is very thick 4a/b relaxed. When I put it on after washing and/or conditioning, and let it air dry I get nice wavy results. I give it a thumbs up.

It doesn't really smell that bad to me. It kind of smells like a Sweet Tart candy tastes, if that makes any sense. It is strong and sweet.

I use it instead of gel (along with pomade)to put my hair up into a ponytail. I have natural 4b hair. My daughter also uses it on her relaxed hair.

I don't know, I've never tried the Creamy Set Lotion. To me, it doesn't smell bad (however, it doesn't smell great either)but the scent does go away when it dries.
