Back then I wasn’t confident in reaching out so I just stopped buying. But this yr I want to stock up as my hair loves their stuff. Best deep conditioners ever.

They have stellar CS (IMO), I am sure they would have made things right (since you weren't happy with their level of CS re: Ship Times.

Yeah I asked Saffiyahbotanicals on IG. No reply. So I guess no BF sale. What a shame. I really like her products especially the mud mask. But she rarely has sales and does no marketing.

How long was my hair? I've been waist-length about 3 times lol. I'm waist-length now, but I'm about to cut it lol. I grew it waist length relaxed and then damaged it with color and heat. The second time I cut it was to go natural.
