Okay newbie with questions. I want to try biotin but what dose should I start it and could you give me a reliable website where I can buy some I don't trust ebay and I can't find any shops in England that stock the stuff

Personnally, I take 5mg of biotin/day. Now, it's up to you, but I would recommend not to exceed that amount.

Okay thankyou! I shall look, do you get quick hair growth with 5mg?
Because I looked at the holland and barrett one and my friend said I would get slow growth with that one

My hair has grown pretty fast when I was taking 5mg per day. I live in France, and I go to the pharmacy to ask for some. Like 1 inch per month.

I have been taking 5mg for the last 3 weeks and have already 1 inch growth after i month post relaxer usually its half that rate ..there have been some threads saying high doses causes facial hair growth so beware of this
