Sorry to start a new thread on this, but I searched and searched and I couldn't find Tara's thread on how she used B5 to clear up her skin.....
I'm posting on the hair board and not the skin board because the B5 for skin discussion came up incident to a problem people were having with too much biotin - fine bumps on the face.
Here's what Tara so graciously told me when I PMed her....

Basically you take 10 Grams of B-5 every day until your skin clears up, then you can reduce the dose. I would advise that whoever follows this take a B-Complex supplement because it's never good to take a single b vitamin alone.
