Mr President of the company I hope you don't mind me sharing this with the ladies.
Hi Naomi:
My name is **deleted by LD**. I'm the President of Sam's Caribbean Marketplace and
Sam247.com.
Since I found out about the Long Hair Care Forums last week, I've been checking
it out to keep myself updated. I was extremely happy to see that you got your
bottles of Jamaican Black Castor Oil. We were overwhelmed with orders on June
9, but we wanted to send yours early since you were far away. Was really
pleasantly surprised that you received it so quickly.
Thank you so much for the very positive comments you've made about the product
and our service. We try very hard to please our customers, and it is extremely
gratifying to get such an enthusiastic, public feedback from you.
Yes, your order did cost more to ship than the website had calculated, but our
policy is to charge the customer exactly what we say we'll charge. If the
shipping had come to $50, we'd still charge you $7. We don't bait and switch
like that.
By the way, not everything that says "Black Castor Oil" or "Jamaican Black
Castor Oil" is what it says it is. I've been told by one manufacturer that he
and others add dark colouring to refined Castor Oil and call it "Black Castor
Oil." So the ladies in the Forums should be careful what they are buying.
They should check the ingredients to make sure that there are no additives.
Our's is 100% pure, raw, unrefined Jamaican Black Castor Oil. It is produced
in extremely small quantities by a handfull of elderly Jamaican women.
I'm trying to pull together some more information to post on our website.
Again, Naomi, thanks for the business, and many many thanks for publicly
endorsing us. (Yes, we are black owned and operated. I'm from Linstead,
Jamaica.)
Greatfully yours,
