I know you can buy it at Whole Foods. I also recall other on the boards who do a tea rinse with nettle tea. I believe they were getting good results from that also.

i like the way sulfur 8 grease makes my scalp feel, but i dont like using it because of the petroleum

All you need is nettle........that's the "secret" ingredient that stimulates the scalp. Nettle essential oil increases blood circulation and oxygen to the area it is applied to, which = stimulation of hair growth.

aloe vera is good for shedding.
