Best place for weave in NY?

Can anyone tell me where's the best place to buy hair in NY? I'm going to be in Jersey next week for work and i plan to go to NY to shop a couple of days. My friend says her cousin gets awesome deals on human hair every time she goes to NY and I'm hoping some of the experts here can chime in & let me know if that's true and if so, where to go. Thanks!
