None, but when I texlaxed I used ORS no-lye

My MN mix (MN, Sulphur, oils and condish), BT

13. Regimin- Currently it's wash 2x per week, co-wash 2-3x per week, baggy whole head overnight 4-5x per week, moisturize and bun daily (sometimes braidouts). I wear lots of updos. I try to use my growth aids 2-3x per week. I'm lazy w/ protein treatments, but luckily my hair LOVES moisture :yep:

I know it may sound crazy, but sometimes a good trim IS the answer. Full, thick hair is gorgeous; don't hold on to scraggly ends for the sake of length.

Protein- purescriptions treatment at aveda salon every few months
Moisturizing Con- abba pure moisture conditioner
Flat iron- coroliss. i don't use it very often.
Oil- almond for pre-poo. i put it on overnight and wash the next day.
Leave-in- ntm silk touch leave-in
Daily Moisturizer- ntm silk touch leave-in and jane carter nourish and shine.
Homemade concoction- none
Growth aid- none
Co wash- no
Regimen- wash every 7-10 days or when my hair is dirty (i can just tell!), blowdry, moisturize nightly or every other night, wrap nightly
Tip of the year-use a scarf at night. moisturize ends consistently and as needed. caruso curlers have saved my hair.

6. hair oil - Coconut Oil and my favorite, Castor Oil!!!!!!!!!!

8. Dialy Moisturizer- Qhemet Heavy Cream (for ends), Kemi Oyl Conditioning Spray sealed with Castor Oil

11. Growth aid - None

12. Co wash -Not regularly

13. Regimin- Keep hair in twists for 2 weeks, wear twist out for a week then prepoo, shampoo and deep condition. Co wash/rinse in between if absolutely necessary.
14. Tip of the Year- Protective styling is the hair's best friend! Getting iron deficient anemia under control is the hair's best friend!

14. Tip of the Year- Find what works for YOU. Bandwagons are nice for getting you from pointA-to-pointB, but that's about it.....if you don't get off, you'll be traveling forever with no destination in view!! Get a regimen that incorporates both moisture and protein, and your hair will thank you. Practice healthy hair habits, keep ends protected as much as possible.
