thanks for the link. I think I have a better understanding of rinses vs. conditioners. I also looked at the link you posted for Jhiana to see your regimen as well.

I am curious do you ever use both a Dominican conidtioner and rinse during the same hair wash? And if so, which do you use first?

Yes (sometimes), I use the conditioner first.
