Ditto on the keraphix... better than even most of the 'so-called' moisturizing con's I've tried. I started using this way b4 LHCF when I knew nothing much about taking care of hair, but it always took care of my hair. :yep:

Suave Daily Moisture conditioner
Aveda Deep Penetrating Hair Revitalizer

Hey star- would you recommend the aveda deep penetrating conditioner to natural 4as who want to be able to run a comb through their curls while conditioning?

For moisture, mine is Biolage Ultra Hydrating Balm, but like the pj I am, I'm dying to try Kenra Intensive Emollient (their MC gave me no slip), Elucence and Humecto in the tub. For light protein it's Keraphix, hands down.

jewell and secretdiamond how do you ladies you the Nexxus keraphix? tia

I use it after washing and put a plastic cap on and go under the dryer or if I don't have access to a dryer, I just sleep in it over night and wash it out in the morning. I like it b/c my hair doesn't feel like straw from using it and I noticed my hair getting healthier when I started using it years ago b/c it was the only new thing I had done for my hair and my hair just thrived.

My staple is Elucence. I think I want to try Humecto in the tub (the one in the bottle was okay, but not better than Elucence) and the Kenra Platinum for Thick and Coarse.

Elucence, Elucence, ELUCENCE!!!!!

Oh sorry, I get a bit excited when I'm talking about it. Unless something life threatening occurs or they stop making it, I'll be using this forever.

Same here!

sweetness where do you purchase terax from? tia

I remember I kept hearing celebrity ravings about Terax. I went and purchased it..freakin $20 for that small tube. I used it twice and gave it to my little cousin.:ohwell:

I see that everyone is posting salon brands... I am a drugstore conditioner and cheapie conditioner user all the way.

Suave milk and honey does a better job than humecto on my hair. I LOVE this stuff.

Another good one is luster's revitalex.

These are the only deep conditioners I'm using and my hair is saying a big THANK YOU.

I have been using Mizani Moisturfuse for years Its def a staple for me. I use it as a deep conditioner.

I have recently discovered the following Dominican Conditioners:
Rivas Silicon Mix
Miss Keys 10 en 1
Both of these give me incredible slip.

My Favs are:

Kenra Moisturizing Conditioner (my staple)
Kenra Intensive Emollient Treatment (very moisturizing and great slip)
Toque Agico Emergencia Intensivo Treatmiento Capilar (I just started using this and I am in love)
Rivas Silicon Mix (very moisturizing)

What does this do? Is it a protein treatment or moisturizing?

It is suppose to be a light protein treatment but it is very moisturizing. Ingredients include: Collagen and Panthenol.

For me its easily Got2B So Smooth Emergency Repair Cream, I get perfect results everytime. It detangles great, penetrates quickly, moisturizes, even smell just like orange creamcicles. Porosity Control, ORS Paks, Silk Elements Hair Mayonaise, and Humectress are good too.

Listed in no particular order:
- ORS Replenishing Pak w/ honey added
- Aubrey's GPB
- Motions Silk Protein
