Best Clarifying Shampoos

hey ladies

i am new to this. i have been back into my hair for a month and i know that it is time to clarify. {i was thinking to buy suave :-(} what are some of the best shampoos that i can use. i am also going to use a protein reconstructor(emergencee) on my hair, since it has been a month since my virgin relaxer.

i notice my hair is starting to have breakage a bit. nothing too bad but i notice it.

My fav is KeraCare 1st lather shampoo. It cleanses but it doesn't strip.

I use and like Nexxus Aloe Rid. It's very gentle, non stripping I use it with every wash.

I like Cream of Nature Clarifying. It doesn't strip your hair too much and it does have a slight detangling effect like the regular CON.

Elucence clarifying/ volumizing poo, doens't leave my hair stripped and is very gentle but effective

Suave Clarifying (not the daily clarifyint) - it a new one that is the equivalent to Rusk's clarifying shampoo that cleanses but doesn't strip

According to my source.. I bought it and will be using it tomorrow, ill be sure to let you know how it is.. it was only $1.87

I just have the cheap VO5 Kiwi Lime and Squeeze clarifying shampoo and conditioner. I also have the Surge Power wash; I think that clarifies as well.

I agree. i just wish they would sell bigger bottles of it.

Nexxus Aloe Rid or Redken Cleansing Creme. Those are my two favorite clarifying shampoos.

Ion Purifying Treatment. It's not a shampoo it's a powdered treatment you mix with water, but it's awesome. I also use Avalon Clarifying Conditioner which works great as a poo too.

ok ladies since i am such a PJ i bought CON clarifying and fantasia 100% pure tea shampoo. i love how the fantasia smells for my reconstructor i didnt get emergencee but i got aphogee instead. i am scared :-( i am stalling to do my hair now :-(

my next goal is to find the right vitamins

Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Poo hands down!!! It gets hair clean, not stripped, plus the tea tree & rosemary stimulate the scalp for a nice tingle. This is the best clarifying poo I've ever used...as big of a fan as I was of Nexxus, not even AloeRid could make me be untrue to my PM Tea Tree poo & con!

Oddly enough, Suave Daily Clarifying shampoo works great with my hair. I've been using it for about seven years, shampooing about once a month with it. It leaves my hair feeling very soft, and my conditioners are much more effective after a clarifying wash.
