Best Cheap-O Flat Iron?

After I bought the zebra print Cortex flat iron for $29.99, I walked into Marshall's and found the Cortex pink giraffe 1 1/4 flat iron and the mini set for $39.99.

Your best bet is to go to Marshalls.

I used the zebra one this weekend and my hair has NEVER felt this soft and shiny. Not even once with my maxiglide.

you can always go to marshalls and tjmaxx or such other store and buy a higher end one for cheaper

I got a babyliss pro tourmaline 500 for under $40 at TJ Maxx. So far I like it.

NOPE. My GVP has been working great for a year. I just got my instyler because when i tried it at the mall my rough hair turned into soft bundle of happiness and i decided to buy it because nothing was getting my hair soft at the time.
