being a Christian in a Unchristrian work enviroment

Here's one my husband faces constantly:

On business trainings or conferences (he travels quite a bit), there are always planned evening events where everyone drinks heavily. He doesn't drink, but has felt pressure because eveyone is holding a drink the entire time and they make teasing comments about him for not having a drink. This also happens with clients at dinners.

I prayed constantly for my husband's well being and safety on a recent trip, and when he returned he shared that this time he really didn't feel bad about not having a drink when everyone around him had several.

One of my staff members is an athiest, when she sneezes I don't know if I should say "bless you" or not. Yet when I sneeze, she says it to me. Go figure

I have a few co-workers who believe that they have no use for God. There isn't a lot of faith in the workplace. I usually invite them to church and tell them what time service starts. But, I do not let their behavior impact my personal beliefs. I will still say, "God Bless You" to them.

It really burns my ears when I hear a lot of profanity used in the office. So, I say a silent prayer for that individual and move on...
