Hello my fellow bunners. Do you guys take your hair down a night?

I put my hair in a braid or twist at night (or just a bun that's not tight).

i braid my hair at nite (one braid) and put my scarf on. I could never sleep in a bun, in the morning i'd have the biggest headache known to man

I wear a loose bun tied down with a satin or silk scarf.

I wear my hair up using the baggie method and I also sleep with it up, less the phony pony. I am more worried about the friction of applying and removing the scrunchie/hairpin(s) twice per day than anything else. I sleep with a satin scarf and pillowcase and have yet to notice any breakage.

My bun is braided. If the pins are stabbing my head, then I'll take them out, but I won't unbraid my hair. This way, I can coil up the same braid to make another bun in the morning.

Yes, I take it down. I used to sleep with the bun, but discovered that it wasn't good for my hair to stay in a bun day in and day out like that. In fact, I hardly wear the bun anymore--I use other protective styles.

when I come home from work, I take off my satin scrunci and let my hair roam free. before bed, I put it in a loose bun.

I keep my bun in and sleep with it in, If I wanted to be my hair back into a bun its some work, and I dont want to put with that, I dont know if its affecting my hair in a negative way, but it helps me too not have to take it down,

Loose bun or I'll put the scarf on but let my hair hang loose in the back. i sleep on a satin pillow case so it doesn't really matter.

No, I leave my hair alone for the most part. I spray my hair with a homemade concoction and then wrap it up.

I twist the length of my pony tail and pin it up ....I then cover my hair with a silk scarf.....

Im doing the bun challenge...

In the morning, I redo my bun and moisturize it.

At night, I may or may not redo it, then I just tie my hair up with a satin scarf while it's in the bun.
