EDIT: Silly me didn't inckude the link. https://beautybeez.com/

I've been collecting what I can of black owned businesses people have been highlighting in the last few weeks. One company is a beauty supply store called BeautyBeez. Just placed my first order with them. They seem to carry a wide selection of black-owned brands (Taliah Waajid, TGIN, Uncle Funky's Daughter, Doux, Alikay Naturals, Luv Scrub, Black Girl Sunscreen, Honeypot) along with commercial brands and the prices seem comparable to a Target or drugstore. They also offer free shipping on order $25+. I was going to place an order with Target and Sam's Beauty but...:look: So far the ordering process has been smooth. Shipping notification came a few hours later. Now it's just waiting for the order to arrive.

My only disappointment is they don't carry the braiding hair I use when I do my own head. I'll either try a brand they carry or hope they expand their selection sometime in the future.

Anyone else ordered from them or been to the physical store?

BeautyBeez is the brainchild of Brittney Ogike, a mompreneur with a career in sports management. After noticing the limited selection of Black hair care products and accessories in the San Fernando Valley, Brittney and her husband, Ike Ogike, decided to open their own beauty supply store in North Hollywood, CA.

Created for us, by us, BeautyBeez raises the standard.
