Beauty 35 on 35t street and 8th ave. Right near Macy's. There's also another one on 115th and 3rd ave. I don't really know too many. Those are the only ones. I know there are some up by Columbia University Hospital up in the 160's on Broadway that sell Dominican products.

Google Rays Beauty in midtown manhattan. It's the best I've found.

In the past, on these boards, I've seen references to Ra Ma's store in Manhattan and it seemed like they had good prices for products. I don't know if they sell hair though.
