Battle of the proteins treatments! DRC28 or APHOGEE 2 STEP

I was about to paynah on some DRC28 but thought about aphogee 2 step when searching for reviews on DRC28. I'm leaning towards DRC28 but need a push by my LHCF sistas.

Which one is the better protein? I want to buy it tonight or tomorrow a.m so I an have it by Sat.

I love both the aphogee 2 minute reconstructor (mild protein) and the aphogee 2 step treatment (hard protein). I've seen a lot less breakage and shedding while using them and the health of my hair is improving. I haven't used the DRC28 so I can't really give you a fair comparison but I love Aphogee

i love aphogee 2 step. it has been a staple protein for me for years.

i would say that DRC28 is good too, and less messy.

my hair loves loves loves protein and i have had better results with 2 step. with 2 step i use my own moisturizing conditioner though. i find theirs to be "ok".

Cathy Howse dc twice weekly. Aphogee 2 step every six weeks. Longest, strongest relaxed hair-- or any hair I've ever had.

I voted DRC. I used it while relaxed and it was phenomenal for my fine hair. I just started using it again and I absolutely love it. I tried Aphoghee more than once and my hair hated it each time.

I have both of them in my stash and I have to say I like the Aphogee better. The Aphogee gets hard while I'm under the dryer and I feel like my hair is stronger afterwards. The DRC is runny and runs down my neck the whole time I'm under the dryer. It does not get hard which makes me feel like it is just sitting there on my head like a conditioner instead of a protein treatment. I love Dudley products and if I did not have the Aphogee I would use Dudleys DRC.. I only bought it to see if I liked it better than Aphogee... Not! Good luck!

Sorry, never tried the drc28, Aphogee works for me, so I'm staying with it (trying to be reformed product junkie...)

drc was good, less messy. i would prob use it more if it wasnt so expensive. aphogee works almost as well for less.

Drc28. I'm half way through a bottle I got almost 2 years ago. Was worth the $55 I paid for it. I love the stuff and my hair doesn't get hard. I hated Aphogee with a passion

Never tried Dudley's, but Aphogee did nothing for my hair. Either my hair was so protein-starved that one application wasn't enough, or the particular protein in Aphogee just wasn't what my hair needed, but talk about underwhelmed. My hair didn't get hard, brittle, strengthened, soft, nada.

Drc without a doubt. The proteins are formulated with a lower molecular weight and stick to the hair/ absorb into the cuticle better.

I'm leaning towards DRC28. I know up thread I said Aphogee (LOL) but I need to stick with my first decision.
More feedback is always needed & appreciated!!!
