Bantu Knot Support

Hey Ladies,
After doing a board search I am now enquiring about bantu knots. There was a lot of helpful information on how to, but i am a visual person. So my question to you is, anyone have pics in their fotkis or photo albums on successful bantu knots, the process, or how to do them? That would be a HUGE help for me. TIA
