Has anyone heard of these? I hadn't until I saw Glamour's "The 10 best hair & makeup looks. Period."

I want this look, but I'm not sure if I should go through with it. It took a while for my bangs to grow out.
 
If you try this (the hairpiece), please let us know how it works out. I wanted to look into bangs but I was concerned about the texture/color match.
