I tried it this weekend and loved it!!!

But I was wondering...Can I do this every week?? (I only wash my hair once a week) When I did it this weekend, my hair felt very soft, not stripped at all! I did not even feel the need to use shampoo. That is how much I loved it!

Is it safe? Can I use this in place of a poo?

Thanks.

Yes, I'd love to know too. I have substituted Baking soda rinse with washing my hair. I love the feel so I want to do it every time before a co-wash. But I'm keeping it to once a week because I'm not sure how often is too often or what long term use will cause. Like could it strip good oils from hair?

Here is a link to some good tips when washing the hair with baking soda, (not just as a rinse) which may help.
