Does anyone have a recipe for a baking soda clarifying rinse? I have a box of baking soda and I want to know how to use it to clarify my hair.

I usually mix 1/2-3/4 teaspoon into 3/4 cup of conditioner, and work it through my hair jsut like I would with conditioner - leave it on for about an hour, and rinse out.

This recipe is from Motown Girl.com as follows: 1 tbsp baking soda, two cup warm water. Are you on a daily cowash regimen and do you use cones? If so is this sufficient enongh to remove the cones?
