Baggy with wet hair??

I cowash my hair every night, moisturise with giovanni direct and seal with coconut oil. In the morning I put a phony pony over the bag and go to work. My question is, is it alright to leave my hair wet all day? With the bag on it never seems to dry.
 
IMO: its best that you let ur hair dry first:
