Back of head...slow growth

I have been using MT for exactly one month now. Hair in the front and sides of my head is growing very quickly. The back and nape, however, isnt moving. Do some parts of your hair grow faster than others? Is there a way to get this part of my hair to move?

Yeah the front of my hair grows slowly. I wonder if it because I may have a looser texture in the front or my pony tail stretches my curls
