It has been such a year! But I praise God to be back with you on the boards after some time away. I hope everyone is well, and God has been good to you all!
Asking for some prayer as well...
I am on the verge of my breakthrough, and of course, there is a distraction there! Been fasting, praying, getting my house in order....I need not to get distracted. There is a man I met at my job of whom I really have no compatability with. He's definately a heartbreaker and bad news, but for some reason he has a draw. I don't even want to be with him-- it is the funny thing. I'm usually never tempted by guys like that.
He's not someone for me because he is not a Christian, which eliminates him entirely. We couldn't even hang out together. That's unequal yoke.
I shared some scripture with him, and have encouraged him, and I know firmly that is my only role--- to be a light.
I'm praying on this one. Any thoughts?
