It is legal, alright, but still disturbing and ridiculous. In her defense response, the mother stated that her two year old baby is a "diva" and that this was no different than all the flippers and self-tanning on the pageant circuit. What parent looks to Toddlers & Tiaras as a example of good parenting? SMH.

The ones that want their babies in the business. because if you look at some of the posing she had her doing in the pictures I feel she is trying to get her out there.
