which one works the best? and which one do you prefer?

I'm using the Nature Made Super B-Complex w/ Vitamin C. This one contains vit. c, biotin, b-12, b-6 w/ other good things! since I've been take this my hair growth has increased. If I'm not mistaken Allandra takes this also with good results! ( if I'm wrong sombody correct me please! )

Ive seen Super B Complex sold at Kroger, Target, Whole Foods Market and some other places. I've been wanting to try Super B Complex but I'm going to buy some after I run out of my Super Hair Energizer vitamins.
