Just beautiful. Girl you had to go there with the avocado butter. I've been thinking about that one for a while.

How did you apply the avocado butter? Wet hair? Dry hair? How much did you use?

I have some (cedarvale.net brand) and never thought to use it as a styling product. I mainly use it in my pre-shampoo treatments.

sassygirl, on dry hair girl and i used lots like i do with everything...i was just tryin to do something with my hair to go to bed with cause it was getting on my nerves....this is weird though....maybe its cause it was pulled and wrapped tight in the bun? and i did it on dry hair?

i got it from fromnaturewithlove...thank you...im not sure if its the avocado butter alone or the fact that my hair was dry and wrapped tightly in the bun , ive never done that before either. maybe its all of the above, i dunno. i dont think ive ever used any product on dry hair or without leave in , well maybe except olive oil . like i said im really confused as to what did it or how.....i tried it on my daughters front edges just to see if it "texturized" her hair at all...it did soften it some, but her edges are always drier so its hard to tell...will have to experiment some more and report back

Avocado butter, whose? what brand?? I wanna try! I wanna try!!!

i believe it was from fromnaturewithlove...i placed a few orders at the time, ive been looking for my confirmation emails, or order slips and they are gone(guess i didnt think i would need them)...its in a white jar with a label that the writing is erased (looks like the oil from my hands touching the canister took the writing off) but im almost positive thats where i got it from.

Beautiful hair Irresistible! Are you still using the coconut oil too? I just bought some and I'm hesitant to use it on my hair until I understand how it works. Maybe I'll try the avocado oil too.
Oh, and can you please share your hair type? Thank you!

Thank you Isis....i used up all that coconut oil , i wanted to use up some of this other stuff before i order more. girl why are you hesitant? just rub it into your hands and rub it in your hair/scalp , you will love it. you can use it on dry or wet hair.....and i still dont know what my hair type is, thats why i try to take all kinda different pics, so that one can see the texture of my hair under various conditions...the only one i havent had the nerve to take is the no product whatsoever pic...and i guess thats the one that would show my true hair type huh? lol...the hair typing thing really does confuse me though

I miss that smiley too.

Thank you again Irresitable. I was hesitant because the coconut oil feels like it might be greasy on my hair, dry or wet. But I'll go ahead and try it. It sure smells good!

BTW, I miss that smiley too... this one --->

isn't quite the same.
