sounds crazy right? that's what I said but my Portugese friend has been having excessive shedding and hair falling. Her South American hairdresser told her avocado and hot sauce. Apply to the scalp to stimulate growth and drastically reduce hair loss.

I can actually see this - the avacado provides protien and moisture, and the hot sauce is pepper - how many hair oils around here have capsicum/cayenne in them??
